FAA Minimum Requirements:
250hrs total flight time
100hrs in a powered aircraft
50hrs in airplanes
100hrs of PIC
50hrs PIC in airplanes
50hrs PIC cross-country
10hrs PIC cross country in airplanes
20hrs of flight training
10hrs of simulated instrument training
5hrs of simulated instrument training in single-engine airplanes
10hrs of training in complex or TAA airplanes
One 2hr, 100nm day cross-country flight training in a SEA
One 2hr, 100nm night cross-country flight training in a SEA
3hrs of check ride prep in a SEA within the preceding 2 calendar months
10hrs solo in a SEA
One 300nm cross-country flight in a SEA with landings at 3 points and 1 point at least 250nm from the departure point
5hrs of night in VFR in a SEA
10 night takeoffs and 10 night landings in a SEA at an airport with an operating control tower
